Luminous Cell

Luminous Cell is a solo show that explores the hidden universe within the human body. Each piece is based on microscopic images of my own cells, which I transform into whimsical digital characters through a process that blends 3D modeling, scientific imaging. The work is a celebration of life’s quiet miracles, transforming scientific data into visual expressions of joy, curiosity, and comfort. Cells are constantly being renewed; some of them eventually leave the body, finding their way out into the world through drains, air, and other natural processes. I find this poetic—parts of us gently departing and continuing their journey elsewhere. Luminous Cells reflects this idea of transformation and quiet motion, reminding us that even what seems microscopic can carry meaning and momentum far beyond our bodies.
